CKD Japanese cohort (CKD-JAC) study is the large-scale epidemiology research which performs survey and observation for four years about 3000 chronic kidney disease patients.
This is the first large scale study of this type in Japan.
The main aim of CKD-JAC study is to investigate the incidence of CVD, ESRD, and all-cause mortality.
